Nissan Unveils Radical Electric Hot Hatch Concept - Is This the Future Micra?

Designed to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Nissan Design Europe (NDE) hub in London, the Concept 20-23 was created by some of the youngest members of the NDE team.
They were given the freedom to build a car that they would personally love to drive on the busy streets of London.
The concept boasts large wheels, muscular wheel arches, extended side skirts, and a prominent rear spoiler. The scissor doors open up to a minimalist cabin, designed for optimal performance rather than luxurious comfort.
Nissan describes the interior as a futuristic interpretation of a racing car, with only a few screens displaying vital information and minimal distractions.
This reflects the influence of real racing cars, including Nissan's Formula E entrant, on online racing simulators.
As for the upcoming Micra, Nissan has already revealed that it will share a electric platform with the new Renault 5, as part of the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi alliance.
