We are a credit broker of vehicle finance; we are not a funder or lender.

Please be aware your details may be passed over to a third party for finance, and/or to any necessary parties for the supply and delivery of your vehicle and where required, for any ancillary services that we offer.

The charges for our credit brokering services

Administration Fee – Express Vehicle Contracts will charge an administration fee of £295 + VAT. For regulated customers, (Private Individuals, Sole Traders and Partnerships with less than four partners) the fee is £354.00 including VAT.

In the event of cancellation, this fee is not refundable.

This fee covers the work we carry out to source the vehicle, place the order with the supplier, arrange finance with the lender, provide you with regular updates throughout the process, and coordinate the delivery of your vehicle with the supplier.

The fee is payable directly to us and will be invoiced once you place your order. Payment must be received within seven calendar days. This fee is payable once the customer order has been signed and the vehicle order has been confirmed with our supplier.

Sourcing Fee – Express Vehicle Contracts charges a sourcing fee of £499 plus VAT for businesses and £598.80 including VAT for consumers for sourcing any vehicle for outright purchase.

This fee is only charged if you wish to purchase a vehicle outright and do not require funding.

Payment may be made by BACS/online banking. If you require the vehicle urgently, please make payment as soon as possible to avoid delays.

Cancellation Fee

If you choose to cancel our services, a cancellation fee will be payable in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Express Vehicle Contracts charges a cancellation fee of £500 + VAT and £600 including VAT for Regulated Customers, (Private Individuals, Sole Traders and Partnerships with less than four partners), This fee covers the work we have undertaken on your behalf from the point of your initial enquiry, including sourcing vehicles, liaising with suppliers, and progressing your finance application.

The cancellation fee becomes chargeable once the customer order has been signed and we have been instructed by you to place the vehicle order with the supplier and progress your finance agreement or purchase.

The cancellation fee applies solely to the cancellation of Express Vehicle Contracts’ brokerage services. It does not affect, replace, or limit your separate cancellation rights with the finance provider or the vehicle supplier.

Please note that the vehicle supplier may charge its own cancellation fee in accordance with its own terms.

This fee must be paid within seven calendar days of the invoice date. The fee is payable directly to us and will be invoiced when you request Express Vehicle Contracts to cancel your vehicle order in writing.

Your Agreement

If you choose to accept our quotation and enter a contract with us, you will electronically agree to our terms and conditions of this Information Notice.

You will be sent a copy of this Notice prior to us applying for credit on your behalf; however, you can find this document listed on our website.
